It has already been ported to iOS and Android by Aspyr Media, a studio that mainly ports older games to modern systems. It seems safe to say that Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is at the top of many fans' wish list of remakes they would like to see, even if they disagree to what extent it should be.
It is regarded as one of the best Star Wars RPGs of all time among fans and critics for its intricate plot, interesting characters, and sound design, winning multiple Game of the Year awards. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was developed by BioWare and released in July of 2003, with the game taking place almost 4000 years before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope.
